Newby Scholars Program Student Roundtable 2022
Newby Scholar Student Roundtable, took place the morning of Wednesday, November 16, from 8:00-9:30, at the Marriott Oceanfront Resort. This session was the kick-off session of our 2-day Executive Director Meeting in Virginia Beach.
The Newby Foundation sponsored 6 new high school graduates from Booker T. Washington and Norview High Schools who graduated high school in June and started the programs in July. The students are all doing great in their classes and are becoming professionals in Medical Assisting, Carpentry, Automotive Maintenance, and Aviation Maintenance.
