Good Day from Dr. Newby, fresh off an 8-mile bike ride! As he pedals through the miles, he’s thinking of all those he’s encouraging to get moving, stay healthy, and build a life full of purpose and vitality. Whether it’s biking, walking, or any other activity, he believes in doing something every day to keep both body and spirit strong.


He knows that maintaining health is best done together—with the support of family, friends, and faith. “No excuses” has been his motto, and he’s here to remind everyone that staying active isn’t just about individual commitment; it’s about collective effort. Today, he’s encouraging everyone to get out there, join in, and take those steps—literal or figurative—toward better health.


After a fulfilling church service this morning, he’s energized and ready to make this day count. He hopes you, too, feel inspired by faith and community to take action. We’re not getting any younger, he reminds us, so now is the time to make choices that nurture and strengthen our lives.
