After a brief break, Dr. Newby is back with a renewed commitment to staying active and encouraging others to do the same. Despite the cold weather, he remains dedicated to his daily walks, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing health. His message is clear: “Our health is our wealth.” Without it, the opportunities to make a meaningful impact in life become limited.

As he walks from the hospital to his office, he can't help but notice the prevalence of substances on the streets—weed in particular. It’s a sobering reminder of the deeper struggles many face. He challenges the community to rise above daily habits that hold them back, urging everyone to take their health, faith, and purpose seriously.

Dr. Newby’s call to action is simple but powerful: Get up, get moving, and commit to making better choices. “We shouldn’t have to get high every day of our lives,” he says. Instead, he hopes people will seek fulfillment in something greater—whether it’s faith, purpose, or simply the drive to live a healthier, more intentional life.

So, as he continues his walk, he invites everyone to join in—physically and mentally. “Take care, God bless, and let’s get busy.”
